Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent/guardian.
• You may not use the Service if you are barred from receiving services under applicable law.

2) The Service and “Coins”

2.1 Rewards model

StreamCash allows users to earn in-app coins/rewards by engaging with certain activities such as watching rewarded ads, completing offerwall offers, participating in missions, and similar interactions.

2.2 No cash value by default

Coins are virtual in-app items. They do not represent money, stored value, or a bank account, and have no cash value unless and until StreamCash explicitly provides a redemption option and you successfully redeem according to the rules.

2.3 Redemption and availability

Redemption options (e.g., gift cards, vouchers, or future payout methods such as bank transfer/payment services) may be offered at our discretion, may vary by country, may require anti-fraud checks, and may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

2.4 Rules may change

If redemption is available, exchange rates, minimum thresholds, limits, and eligibility rules will be shown in-app and may change over time.

3) Accounts and Security

• You may need an account to use certain features.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device access.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4) How Rewards Are Earned

• Rewards may be granted based on in-app events (client-side) and/or partner confirmations (server-to-server/postback).
• A reward is not considered “earned” until confirmed by the Service.
• If a partner later determines an action was invalid, incomplete, fraudulent, or reversed, we may reverse or remove coins credited for that action.
• Ads/offers availability depends on inventory and partner systems; we do not guarantee availability.

5) Prohibited Conduct (Strict)

You agree NOT to:

• use bots, automation, scripts, emulators, click-farms, or techniques intended to generate illegitimate completions;
• attempt to spoof ad completions, offer events, or reward confirmations;
• manipulate attribution/verification systems (including repeated reinstalls/resets intended to bypass checks);
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, bypass, or interfere with the Service or partner SDKs;
• disrupt servers, networks, or attempt unauthorized access.

6) Enforcement and Consequences

• If we suspect abuse or a breach of these Terms, we may withhold or reverse rewards, suspend/terminate accounts, and require additional verification.
• We are not obligated to provide any reward, payout, or redemption if we determine activity was invalid or in breach of these Terms.

7) Third-Party Services and Content

• The Service uses third-party providers (ads/offerwalls/analytics/security). Your interactions with third-party ads/offers may be governed by their terms and privacy policies.
• The Service may contain links to third-party sites/services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8) Intellectual Property

• The Service, its software, design, trademarks, and content are owned by StreamCash or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

9) Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee you will earn any specific amount of coins or that redemption will be available.
• We are not responsible for third-party outages, offer reversals, ad availability, or partner decisions.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamCash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

In any event, our total liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months or (b) USD $10.

11) Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations, suspected abuse, or operational reasons.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately.

12) Changes to the Service and Terms

• We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time.
• We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in Constanta, Romania will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
