Last updated: January 15, 2026
App: StreamCash (Android)
Package: com.streamcashorg.streamcashorg
Developer: StreamCash (Romania, Constanta)
This Policy explains how StreamCash collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile
application and related services (including our backend APIs). If you do not agree, please do not use
the app.
1) What StreamCash is
StreamCash is a rewards application where users can earn in-app coins/rewards by engaging with app
activities such as watching rewarded ads,
completing offerwall offers, participating in missions, and similar interactions.
The app integrates third-party SDKs and services (advertising networks, offerwall/monetization partners,
analytics, and anti-fraud tools)
to deliver content and measure performance.
2) Information we collect
2.1 Account and internal identifiers
- Internal user identifiers (e.g., a user ID/UID) required to operate the service, grant rewards, and
maintain reward history.
- App preferences and settings (language, configuration, and other settings you choose).
2.2 Usage and analytics data
We collect usage and performance data to operate and improve StreamCash and to prevent abuse/fraud, such
as:
- app opens and navigation events;
- rewarded/interstitial ad start and completion events;
- offerwall/offer interactions;
- reward issuance, balance changes, and redeem/payout requests;
- diagnostics, crash events, and limited technical logs.
2.3 Device and connection information
We (or our third-party partners) may collect:
- device model, OS version, language/region;
- IP address and network-related signals (e.g., Wi-Fi/network state) to ensure functionality and
security;
- advertising/attribution identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID) where permitted by your device settings
and applicable law;
- platform-provided ad measurement APIs (e.g., Android AdServices / Privacy Sandbox related APIs)
where available.
3) Android permissions and why we use them
StreamCash may declare or request certain Android permissions (some may be added by third-party SDKs).
We aim to minimize permissions and only use what is necessary.
3.1 Connectivity and basic operation
- android.permission.INTERNET – communicate with our servers and third-party
partners (ads/offerwalls/analytics).
- android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE /
android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE – detect connectivity and improve
stability.
3.2 Notifications and background processing
- android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS – show notifications (if enabled).
- android.permission.WAKE_LOCK /
android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE – reliable background work and
notifications (e.g., WorkManager / Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- com.google.android.c2dm.permission.RECEIVE – push notifications delivery
support (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
3.3 Advertising, attribution, and anti-fraud
- com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID – access the Advertising ID for ad
delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention, where permitted.
- android.permission.ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION,
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS,
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_CUSTOM_AUDIENCE – Android AdServices / Privacy Sandbox
related APIs where available.
- com.google.android.finsky.permission.BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE –
install attribution (Install Referrer).
3.4 Storage (compatibility)
- android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (maxSdkVersion=29) –
compatibility with older Android versions where file access may be required (e.g., caching or
user-initiated file operations). On newer Android versions, access is restricted per platform rules.
3.5 Phone state (sensitive permission)
android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE may be used for technical signals related
to security/anti-fraud, compatibility, and diagnostics.
We do not intentionally collect call content and do not use this permission to obtain your phone number
for marketing purposes.
3.6 Other permissions
- android.permission.VIBRATE – haptic feedback.
- com.google.android.providers.gsf.permission.READ_GSERVICES – used by
services such as reCAPTCHA/Google components for verification and security.
4) How we use information
- Provide and operate StreamCash (accounts, rewards, history).
- Deliver ads and offers and measure performance.
- Prevent fraud/abuse and protect reward integrity.
- Analyze app performance and improve stability and user experience.
- Provide customer support and communicate service-related updates.

5) Sharing information with third parties (Ads / Offerwalls / Analytics)
StreamCash uses third-party partners and SDKs. Depending on configuration, these partners may collect
information under their own privacy policies,
including advertising identifiers (AD_ID), device information, IP address, ad impression/click events,
attribution signals, and anti-fraud signals.
Categories of partners may include:
- advertising networks and mediation/monetization platforms;
- offerwall providers;
- analytics, crash reporting, and messaging services (e.g., Google/Firebase);
- security/abuse prevention services (e.g., reCAPTCHA).
6) Rewards and server-to-server validation
Rewards (coins) may be granted based on in-app confirmations (client-side) and/or partner confirmations
(server-to-server / postback callbacks)
to reduce fraud and duplicate rewards.
7) Payouts / redeeming rewards (future feature)
StreamCash may allow users to redeem rewards. At present, available redemption methods may be limited or
in development.
In the future, redemption options may include gift cards and/or financial payout methods (e.g., bank
transfer or payment services).
If enabled, we may collect the minimum information required to process a redemption request (for
example, a payout account identifier or contact details),
and we will update this Policy as necessary.
8) Your choices and controls
- Advertising ID / ad personalization: you can limit or reset your Advertising ID
through your Android device settings (availability depends on Android version).
- Notifications: you can enable/disable notifications in device settings.

9) Legal bases (EEA/UK – GDPR)

changes may be communicated in-app.
