1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StreamCash mobile application and website (collectively, the "Services") operated by StreamCash ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
  • Not have been previously banned from our Services

If you are under 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use

One Account Per User: Each user is permitted only one account. Creating or using multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated coins.

4. Coins and Rewards System

4.1 Earning Coins

You may earn virtual coins through various activities including completing offers, watching videos, participating in surveys, playing mini-games, and completing daily tasks. Coin values and availability of earning opportunities may vary and are subject to change.

4.2 Nature of Coins

Coins are virtual items with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Coins are non-transferable between accounts and may only be used to redeem rewards within our Services.

4.3 Redeeming Rewards

Accumulated coins may be redeemed for rewards as made available through our Services. Reward availability, redemption requirements, and processing times are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any rewards at any time.

4.4 Fraud and Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the coin earning or redemption system is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to using automated tools, creating fraudulent completions, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all coins.

5. Offerwalls and Third-Party Services

Our Services include offers and tasks from third-party partners ("Offerwalls"). When completing offers:

  • You may be required to interact with third-party websites or apps
  • Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply
  • Completion and coin credit may depend on third-party verification
  • Processing times and requirements vary by offer

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or practices. Issues with specific offers should be reported through our support system.

6. Chat Rooms and Community Guidelines

Our Services may include community chat features. When using chat rooms, you agree to:

  • Be respectful to other users
  • Not post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Not spam, advertise, or solicit
  • Not share personal information of yourself or others
  • Follow language-specific room rules where applicable
  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to moderate content, remove messages, and restrict or ban users who violate community guidelines.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated methods
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
  • Collect user information without consent
  • Use the Services to distribute malware or harmful content
  • Engage in any activity that could harm minors

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code, are owned by StreamCash or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and any accumulated coins may be forfeited. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMCASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StreamCash, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
